Agiliti Health, Inc. in Eden Prairie, MN, is seeking an Accounts Payable Representative I to support vendor payments and AP operations. The role involves handling check, credit card, and ACH payments, and delivering field and departmental assistance to the AP team.

The ideal candidate will process a high volume of invoices (500–600 weekly), assist with 1099 filing, and collaborate with buyers to resolve PO/invoice issues while maintaining accurate records and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A) or equivalent experience.
• One or more years related experience and/or training.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Process P.O. and Non-P.O. invoices (500-600/week).
• Provide vendor support and assist with mail distribution for AP.
• Assist with annual 1099 filing process.
• Resolve vendor inquiries and invoice/payment status.
• Coordinate with buyers to resolve PO/invoice issues.
• Support accounts payable operations as needed by supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.

Job Purpose and Requirements

Responsible for payment to vendors via check, credit card, or ACH. Provide direct support to vendors, as well as delivering field and departmental assistance.

• P.O. and Non-P.O. invoice entry (averaging 500-600/week)
• Aide with annual 1099 filing process
• Research PO vendor inquiries and vendor statements regarding invoice/credit payment status
• Manage and distribute incoming mail to support efficient and accurate AP processing
• Work with buyers to resolve problems amongst purchase orders and invoices
• Provide vendor and employee assistance when necessary
• Perform duties as needed by supervisor
