Job summary

ATLAS SP Partners is seeking a Financial Controller Analyst to support accounting and financial reporting for Atlas SP and managed funds. You will assist with month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.

Working closely with the CAO and Director of Corporate Accounting, you will drive process improvements, support audits, and handle tax filings for US and foreign jurisdictions. Candidates should have 1–3 years accounting experience, a degree in accounting/finance, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required or equivalent.
• 1-3 years progressive accounting experience.
• CPA preferred or active CPA candidacy.
• Experience in hedge fund/PE style financial services is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger analysis.
• Process analytical review across entity structures and support CAO control reviews.
• Support creation of monthly detailed management reporting.
• Facilitate quarterly financial statements and support the annual audit.
• Provide information for US and foreign tax filings.
• Assist with system implementations and process improvements.
