• Strong numerical and data entry skills; experience with ERP and OCR workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provides clerical support for the department, including mail processing, answering phones, and receptionist duties.
• Reconciles vendor statements and resolves invoice inquiries.
• Processes PO and NonPO invoices with 3-way and 2-way matching; ensures approvals.
• Verifies OCR data accuracy on invoices and supports electronic invoicing submissions.
• Processes check and ACH payments; prepares monthly accruals; assists with year-end 1099s.
• Maintains vendor master data and supports vendor audits.
• Collaborates with supply chain and departments to resolve payment issues.
