• Experience with Excel and accounting software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions and invoices.
• Assist with biweekly payroll processing and timesheet review.
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies and tax issues.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records.
• Prepare payroll and quarterly/annual reporting as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and third parties on payments.
• Contribute to data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
