Qualifications

• BS Accounting or Associate in Accounting with proven AP experience.
• 5+ years of AP experience; manufacturing experience a plus.
• ERP system experience; SAP preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Vendor & Payment Management: establish and negotiate vendor terms and oversee weekly payment runs.
• Process Improvement: identify bottlenecks and drive automation in AP workflow (ERP systems).
• Month-End Close & Reporting: reconcile accounts, prepare accruals, monitor KPIs.
• Compliance & Audits: ensure transactions adhere to internal controls and tax laws, support audits.
