Job Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the AP team to ensure timely, accurate processing and disbursement of vendor payments.
• Review AP documents for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to policy, including vendor statements.
• Monitor daily team performance and productivity using data tools and provide trend analysis.
• Resolve complex payment discrepancies through vendor communication and invoice reconciliation.
• Lead or support projects that impact AP processes, including system upgrades and automation initiatives.
  
  

Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of managerial experience in accounts payable or related functions.
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related field.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based tools for business operations.
• Display working knowledge of ERP platforms, with preferred experience in NetSuite and Corpay.
• Apply a customer-focused mindset in collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders.
