Accounting & Finance Support / Remote

Location: Anywhere in U.S.

Compensation: Up to $24.50 per hour

Position: Accounts Payable Specialist at Verisma

1. Manage and process all incoming invoices accurately and promptly.
2. Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies or issues with invoices.
3. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and ensure accuracy in financial statements.
4. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and expenses.
5. Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports on accounts payable status and aging.
6. Participate in month-end closing processes and prepare necessary journal entries.
7. Execute special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
