Job summary

Jamul-Casino is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead the AP team, process vendor invoices, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely payments with accuracy. You will oversee month-end close, prepare 1099/1096 forms, and maintain strict compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software, and the ability to work in a high-volume, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in high-volume AP.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but can be substituted for experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and accounting software.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff in the Accounts Payable Department.
• Reconcile bank accounts and analyze cash requirements.
• Generate check runs and reports as requested.
• Review and manage open purchase orders and receivers for accuracy.
• Prepare tax forms such as 1099 and 1096.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policy.
• Maintain confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
