Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage daily payments, vendor relations, and month-end processes. This role mentors AP clerks and collaborates with treasury, tax, and accounting teams to resolve payment issues.

The position requires 3+ years in AP, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. In-office role with opportunity for process improvements and training.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent education and relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years accounts payable experience in fast-paced environment.
• Proficient Excel skills; SAP knowledge a plus.
• Strong problem solving, analysis, prioritization and multi-tasking.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, review and execute daily/weekly payments to vendors using various payment methods.
• Assist treasury, general accounting, payroll, customer service, tax and AP management to resolve payment issues.
• Process and analyze purchase orders, vendor invoices, check requests and reconciliations.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and handle invoice processing and discrepancy resolution.
• Oversee AP mail, close period activities and support audits and training.
