Planned Parenthood Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Lead with excellent customer service skills to work in our Downtown Los Angeles Headquarters. Under the general supervision of the Accounts Payable Supervisor, the Accounts Payable Lead is responsible for the day-to-day accounts payable process. This work involves reviewing and processing invoices in an accurate and timely manner; providing vendor support through the performance of analysis and reconciliation of invoices and maintaining business relationships; and maintaining accounts payable files and backup documentation. This position also manages mail, file storage, cash logistics and assists with monthly and annual close, documentation and processing.
