Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in relevant computer software.

Responsabilités

• Compiles amounts owed by the company to vendors, suppliers, or other entities.
• Gathers purchase orders, charge slips, and sales tickets to prepare payments.
• Maintains payment records and files documents.
• Reconciles transactions and verifies entries against balances.
• Pays vendors and employees; prepares checks and monitors discount opportunities.
• Maintains ledgers, verifies vendor accounts, and reconciles statements.
• Disburses petty cash and reports sales taxes on paid invoices.
• Protects confidentiality of information and supports process training.
