Job summary

Equiliem seeks a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst / Accountant to support accounting operations, accounts payable, inventory reconciliation, and financial reporting. The role collaborates with purchasing, production, and accounting teams to investigate discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and improve processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing-focused accounting, strong analytical abilities, and comfort with fixed assets and capital expenditure tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, accounts payable, or inventory accounting.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Manufacturing, inventory management, and fixed asset experience are a plus.
• Familiarity with Trimble PowerFab or Viewpoint Vista is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and investigate invoice, purchasing, and receiving discrepancies.
• Reconcile inventory records and analyze material usage, leftover steel, and job allocations.
• Support fixed asset accounting, capital expenditure tracking, and equipment financing.
• Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and payroll backup.
• Develop Excel-based analytical tools and reports to improve inventory accuracy and financial visibility.
• Collaborate with purchasing, production, and accounting teams on process improvements.
