The role supports the Finance department with accounts payable, expenses, and ledger entries while providing housing and transportation paid by the organization.

The internship requires pursuing an Accounting or Finance degree with 1–2 years completed and strong skills in Excel, Word, and Access.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Accounting or Finance degree with 1–2 years completed.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Access.
• Exceptional client service, teamwork and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Finance with accounts payable entries and expense reports.
• Complete general ledger entries and balance daily deposits.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and mail checks.
