Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in ag business, business administration, finance, accounting, economics, or data management.
• Solid organizational, interpersonal, communication, problem solving, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn new systems and processes.
• Enjoy working with information, solving problems, and improving processes.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Curious about how financial services support clients.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day lending operations to ensure loans are serviced accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with reporting, data analysis, and identifying trends or opportunities for improvement.
• Help review, document and improve business processes, procedures, and workflows.
• Participate in projects to enhance customer or team member experience.
• Research industry standards and best practices for lending processes and metrics.
• Present project findings and recommendations to team members and leaders.
