Bank of China USA seeks a finance professional to monitor payments, invoices, payroll and internal controls. You will review, verify and process accounts payable, maintain vendor records, and support fixed assets accounting and depreciation in coordination with the finance team.

Responsibilities include month-end reconciliation, risk and compliance tasks, and preparing internal audit responses to Head Office. Strong Excel skills and bilingual English/Chinese are highly valued.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• At least 1 year of accounts payable experience.
• Strong proficiency with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of payroll, tax laws, and general accounting procedures is preferred.

Mansioni

• Review and verify invoices and reimbursement claims for proper authorization.
• Process payments and reconcile vendor accounts and cards.
• Maintain vendor master files and supporting documentation.
• Manage accounts payable transaction logs and Laserfiche scanning.
• Prepare payroll inputs and 401k processing with HR data.
• Conduct monthly fixed assets reconciliation and depreciation entries.
