Job summary

LR Management is hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk in Michigan (Troy). We are a fast-growing property management company seeking a dependable, organized, and self-motivated team player to ensure timely processing of invoices and accurate data entry.

The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a collaborative office environment. Yardi experience is a plus, with opportunities for training and growth within the accounting team.

Qualifications

• High-accuracy typing with fast speed.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Experience with data entry or accounts payable is a plus.
• Previous experience with Yardi is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Input invoices and related data into our accounting system Yardi.
• Assist the Accounts Payable team with clerical tasks and invoice processing.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in entering and processing data.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve any invoice discrepancies.
• Perform additional administrative and data entry tasks as needed.
