Soco Interiors is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage full-cycle vendor invoices, reconcile statements, and process payments. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and clear communication with vendors and internal teams.

The position offers a flexible work arrangement with 2 days per week remote, plus health care contributions, 401K, life insurance, and paid holidays. Interior design industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting is required.
• Three to five years of accounts payable experience.
• Previous experience in the interior design industry is a plus.
• Experience with Design Manager is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.
• Review vendor statements for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and process weekly check runs.
• Process employee expense reimbursements.
• Process American Express and Chase Visa card transactions.
• Serve as backup for the Accounting Associate.
