Bluejack Ranch in Texas is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join the Finance department. You will handle vendor inquiries, process invoices, and maintain the payment schedule to support accurate reporting.
The role requires attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to work independently and with a team. Prior experience in hospitality or golf clubs is a plus, with proficiency in Excel and standard accounting software.

High school diploma required, associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
Monday through Friday, weekends as needed, schedule flexible as business dictates.

Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License and meet the driver safety policy requirements.
