Job summary

Aspen One in Basalt, Colorado, is seeking an entry‑level Accounts Payable Clerk to join the AP team. You will perform day‑to‑day transactional activities, including invoice processing, data entry, file management and payment support, in a fast‑paced environment.

This role reports to the AP Manager and offers foundational accounts payable experience. The hourly pay range is $23.00–$28.00, with actual compensation based on budget and experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• 1 year experience in an office setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Manage accounts payable email inboxes
• Review invoices within AP automation software and JD Edwards (JDE)
• Support P2P – COUPA payment processing and supplier onboarding
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements and assist with issue resolution
• Maintain Accounts Payable filing systems (electronic and physical)
• Assist with weekly payment processing activities
• Support internal departments and managers with AP‑related inquiries
• Assist with monthly corporate card reconciliations (Concur)
• Coordinate and communicate with other departments on shared initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
