Hycroft Mining Holding Corporation is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the accounting team near Winnemucca, NV. You will support invoice processing, payments, and vendor communication, reporting to the Accounting Manager.

The role requires attention to detail, organization, and prior AP experience. Proficiency with Pronto and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-growing mining company are valued.

Formación

• Associate degree in accounting, finance or related field required.
• Previous accounts payable experience required.
• Previous Pronto software experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle multiple priorities in a growing company.

Responsabilidades

• Check the post office box daily and route mail.
• Monitor accounts payable and corporate accounts payable emails.
• Log into various websites to download invoices and make payments after processing and approval.
• Process invoices through Pronto AIR (with a PO or as a NOI invoice).
• Work with departments for quantity or price mismatches and approvals.
• Collaborate with department managers on invoicing issues (coding, approvals, etc.).
• Coordinate with Corporate to obtain approvals and coding to enter invoices into Pronto.
• Complete check runs for Site and Corporate, including Pronto reports and banking uploads.
• Ensure vendors are paid correctly and accounts stay in good standing.
• Monitor invoices for sales tax correctness and prepare Use Tax documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Participate in ongoing education to update job knowledge.
