ACV Auctions is a technology-driven company transforming the automotive marketplace. We are hiring for an Accounts Payable/Administrative role focused on processing payments, managing vendor relations, and supporting dealer activities.

You will help ensure accurate financial records, timely payments, and a seamless workflow during auction days. The role emphasizes attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle all Accounts Payable activities and maintain records.
• Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate staff.
• Support auction day operations and issue bid badges as needed.
• Manage payment intake (cash, checks, money orders).
• Pull buy and sell nets for dealers.
• Process outgoing mail and overnight packages.
• Update check and title delivery status in software.
• Process flooring requests and follow up on payments.
• Assist in A/R collections and data entry.
• Maintain a clean, organized counter area.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, providing excellent customer service.
• Responsible for all Accounts Payable activities.
• Answer incoming calls, ensuring prompt delivery to appropriate staff.
• Sale Day; maintain a smooth customer flow while issuing bid badges, assisting dealers with any issues.
• Responsible for payment intake including cash, cashier checks, checks, and money orders for auction purposed.
• Pull buy and sell nets for dealers.
• Process paperwork for outgoing mail and overnight packages.
• Update check and title delivery status in software.
• Process flooring request, including constant follow-up for payment.
• Assist in A/R collections.
• Assist in data entry and filing.
• Maintain a clean and organized counter area.

Skills

• Knowledge of automotive terminology.
• Knowledge of Quickbooks and NetSuite preferred.
• Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Pleasant and friendly attitude.
