Our client is actively seeking an AP Clerk to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis!The ideal candidate will be immediately available to start, and have 1-2 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience. Please contact us today to discuss this opportunity!

Job Responsibilities:

·Full-cycle AP processing for up to 1000 invoices per week

·Vendor maintenance

·Maintain AP inbox by responding to inquiries in a timely fashion

·Review outstanding checks and follow up with vendors to complete them

·Upload invoices, and review/submit non-PO and PO invoices for coding and approval

·Weekly check runs

Requirements:

·Bachelor's degree preferred (NOTrequired)

·1-2+ years of experience with full-cycle Accounts Payable

·Excel & ERP experience

·Excellent communication

·Yardi experience preferred
