Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Payable Clerk located in Loudon, TN. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, using accounting software, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs all aspect of accounts payable including weekly payments to vendors and will also perform purchase order functions
• Will be cross-trained on accounts receivable
• Will complete and sort data for use on monthly financial reports
• Will process Journal Entries for month end closing for TN and TX locations
• Will reconcile all balance sheet accounts for TN and TX locations
• Will assist Controller in monthly/quarterly tax filings and extensions
• Will be involved with inventory reporting
• Will be responsible for processing and reconciling monthly credit card statements
• Will be responsible for assisting with receptionist duties
• Performs variety of clerical duties
