Job summary

AppleOne is currently recruiting an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk for a direct hire opportunity in Fresno, CA. This role focuses on full-cycle AP, accuracy, and high-volume processing, partnering with accounting, purchasing, receiving and vendor teams to ensure timely and accurate payments.

You will handle three-way matching, invoice coding, weekly check runs, ACH and electronic payments, and assist with month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently from invoice receipt through payment processing.
• Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving documents, and vendor invoices.
• Review, verify, code, and enter invoices to the appropriate general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and process weekly and bi-weekly check runs, ACH payments, and electronic payments.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, vendor inquiries, and payment issues in a timely manner.
• Reconcile vendor statements, support month-end close activities, and maintain accurate AP records and documentation.

The Accounts Payable Clerk will support accurate invoice processing, three-way matching, vendor communication, payment preparation, and account reconciliations. Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently from invoice receipt through payment processing.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour.
• Job type: Direct hire.
• Location: Fresno, CA.
