Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in an office environment; Accounts Payable experience preferred.
• Knowledge of accounts payable practices and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Receives and verifies invoices from facilities.
• Ensures proper COA coding.
• Runs reports as directed.
• Maintains vendor files and records.
• Processes payments to vendors as directed.
• Communicates with vendors and facilities related to accounts payables.
• Performs special projects as assigned.
