The role requires QuickBooks Online experience and proven bookkeeping skills. You will set up payment schedules, manage supplier accounts, and file invoices and payments while supporting process improvements. This is a full-time position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 2 years of QuickBooks Online experience, entering billing and making payments.
• Proven work experience as a bookkeeper.

Responsibilities

• To setup payment schedules and create spreadsheets to ensure timely payment.
• To review supplier base and make rebate payments.
• Manage Supplier accounts by Phone, Email, etc.
• To properly file physical hard copies of invoices and payments.
