LANXESS in Pittsburgh is seeking a hands-on AP automation analyst to support existing automation and digital transformation initiatives. You will analyze process issues, document requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements and test readiness.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience with a strong emphasis on data analysis, UAT, and ERP/automation tools. This is a hybrid position with on-site presence in Pittsburgh.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Continuous-learning and automation mindset.
• Attention to detail and UAT/testing skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365; willingness to learn ERP/tools.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, OpenText VIM, or Power Platform preferred.
• Understanding of Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsabilités

• Support established Accounts Payable automation by analyzing issues and data.
• Identify improvements, document requirements, and support testing and deployment.
• Develop test scenarios, data, and coordinate issue resolution during UAT.
• Create and maintain business documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Lead NORAM projects and cross-functional initiatives; support time-zone coverage.
