Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Accounts Payable or General Accounting experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and procedures.
• Proficient in data entry and maintaining vendor files.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify invoices and check requests.
• Data entry to set up invoices for payment.
• Process expense reports.
• Reconcile vendor statements.
• Research and resolve invoicing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate vendor files.
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
