Job summary

AWP Safety, based in Northeast Ohio, is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to handle full cycle AP and general accounting. Responsibilities include processing vendor invoices, payment runs, and customer inquiries while supporting month-end close.

The role requires at least 2 years of AP experience, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Great Plains. You will interact with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate, timely payments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and payments
• Maintain AP sub-ledger and GL reconciliations
