Job Description
Position Summary
The Project Account Administrator II is responsible for planning and performing accounting functions that conform to current approval policies and procedures. Daily interaction with company personnel, managers, clients, and vendors is expected. This role will interface with Project Directors/Managers, project staff, and CRB management to ensure all key controls around invoice processing, expense reporting, client invoicing, and collections/accounts payable comply with company requirements. Attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, and adherence to deadlines are essential. An ability to work within established deadlines during the financial period is crucial. This individual should work well within a team-like atmosphere and communicate effectively.
