Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. in Plano, TX seeks an analytical Expenses Analyst to join the AP team. You will review and approve travel and non-travel expenses, support month-end processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant reporting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years' experience with SAP or similar ERP systems, strong Excel skills (V-lookup, Pivot), and excellent written and oral communication capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the job offered or similar related field.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Approve/Reject Expenses in accordance with company policy
• Support month end closing in collaboration with other SEA departments and subsidiaries
• Project management ability; meet time sensitive deadlines and communicate with other corporate departments
• Assist in preparing materials such as Word, Excel, and Power Point and/or using AI tools to be presented within and outside of AP team,
• Assist in reporting for risk management items
• Assist team members for all project related tasks
