Job summary

The Car Park Group, LLC is seeking an accounts/billing-focused professional to set up and maintain customer accounts, generate and post invoices, and process payments. You will communicate with customers via email and phone to deliver excellent service and resolve billing issues.

Ideal candidates will have general accounting knowledge, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is preferred, with 6 months to 1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Some college required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office required.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to high quality work.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via email and telephone for all billing inquiries.
• Prepare, verify, record, and onboard new customer account information.
• Generate and remit invoices monthly and process payments (check, ACH, cash).
• Submit reconciliations to supervisor for review and accuracy.
• Contact customers to ensure payment of balances and resolve issues.
• Perform monthly access card audits related to customer balances or AR aging.
• Submit refund requests for respective accounts.
