Job summary

Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Accounts Assistant to support the Finance Department with accurate, timely clerical tasks in a busy hotel setting. Ideal candidates hold a finance- or hospitality-related qualification and have 1–2 years of hotel or accounting experience.

Local Malaysian work eligibility is required per government regulations. The role emphasizes reliable administrative support to customers and contribution to smooth departmental operations within the finance

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Certificate or qualification in Finance and/or Accounting would be an advantage.
• Minimum 1-2 years' work experience as Accounts Assistant/Clerk in a hotel or similar large organization or accounting firm.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to your customers.
• The Accounts Assistant is responsible to support the smooth and efficient running of the Finance Department.
