Insurance Office of America (IOA) is hiring an Account Assistant - Shared Services in a hybrid role (3–4 days in office) across Longwood, Deltona, Oviedo, Windermere, Winter Park and nearby Florida locations. The role focuses on data entry, policy processing, and general office support to ensure accurate service delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency. A High School Diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, industry experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and data management in agency systems.
• Policy processing including endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements.
• Prepare invoices, finance agreements, summaries, loss runs, and ID cards.
• Provide general office support and responsive service to clients.
