Job summary

MasTec Power Delivery in the United States is seeking a highly motivated Accounting Manager to lead finance transformation across the CORE organization. You will drive automation, data analytics, and internal controls while ensuring SOX and GAAP compliance across the revenue, job costing, and project finance processes.

Reporting to the Corporate Controller, you will partner with IT, Operations, FP&A, Internal Audit, and executive leadership to modernize accounting, deploy AI-enabled solutions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 7–10+ years in accounting, finance, or finance transformation.
• SOX/compliance and GAAP knowledge in a public-company setting.
• Experience leading finance transformation, automation, or ERP projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive finance transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and controls.
• Implement automation, AI, and ERP solutions to reduce manual work.
• Leverage Copilot, Power Platform, and Power BI.
• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP conversion and related projects.
• Ensure SOX compliance and internal control governance.
• Mentor accounting team and lead cross-functional partnerships.
