Job summary

MasTec Power Delivery is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead finance transformation efforts within CORE, supporting the Power Delivery segment. The role combines accounting expertise with automation, AI, and internal controls to improve efficiency, data quality, and scalability while maintaining SOX/GAAP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required.
• CPA, MBA or advanced designation preferred.
• 7–10+ years in accounting, finance, audit, or transformation.
• 2+ years in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Experience in SOX-compliant public company environment.
• Experience with finance transformation, automation, and ERP projects.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and controls.
• Identify and implement automation/AI/ERP solutions with audit-ready controls.
• Leverage Copilot, Power Platform, and Power BI to boost productivity.
• Oversee SOX compliance and internal control governance.
• Design and improve financial processes, risks, and controls.
• Partner with IT, FP&A, Internal Audit and Operations to modernize accounting.
• Own project accounting, revenue recognition, and job costing controls.
• Lead a team of accounting professionals and drive change management.
