Martin Motorsports is seeking an Accounting & Title Clerk to join our team at Harley-Davidson Bowling Green. The role focuses on processing invoices, title work, and supporting the Controller with various accounting tasks.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of accounts payable and accounts receivable experience, an associate’s degree or higher in accounting, and title work experience is heavily preferred. We offer medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k and weekly pay.

• 2+ years of accounts payable and accounts receivable experience.
• Associate's degree or higher in Accounting or related field.
• Title work experience heavily preferred.

Responsibilities

• Code and verify invoices for posting to accounts payable.
• Title work and organize check requests.
• Complete payments to vendors and reconcile company records.
• Verify federal ID numbers and maintain vendor files.
• Report sales taxes to Controller by calculating requirements on paid invoices.
• Disburse petty cash and maintain office supplies.
