Job summary

The office will relocate to Dallas, TX in January 2027; candidates should be flexible with month-end overtime and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach to the full accounting cycle.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting, finance or general business or equivalent.
• 3–5 years accounting experience; related industry experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Excel and accounting software; ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter accounting data, maintain records and generate reports.
• Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts and bank statements.
• Process accounts receivable and payable; investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with payroll and benefits enrollment (0–10%).
