• Receives and processes financial documents, ensures accuracy and codes appropriately.
• Prepares and processes documents for accounting functions, posts payments and receipts.
• Monitors activities and compares with budgets; generates reports like grant summaries and revenue reports.
• Maintains accounting information in automated systems; performs data entry and file maintenance.
• Reconciles transactions, bank statements, and general ledger for assigned accounts.
