Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing and payroll.
• Associates Degree in Business Management, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Experience with One Solution, Paycom or other complex accounting software systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post daily cash/check/credit & debit card transactions to Cayenta system.
• Investigate and reconcile discrepancies in invoicing reports.
• Review and investigate ACH deposits in the department's bank account.
• Extract GL transactions in an export report and reconcile to source docs; create a distribution report for funding program/job cost coding.
• Enter purchase requisitions.
• Provide back up support to accounts payable and payroll as needed.
