Responsibilities

• Policy & documentation review per VCS policies.
• Respond to inquiries via ticketing portal; follow up until resolved.
• Route invoices for accounts payable; assist with unmatched invoices; perform manual matches.
• Prepare communications on cash discrepancies; review docs; enter verified accounting data.
• Review daily cash variances; escalate items beyond tolerances; support adjustments.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
