The Louisiana Department of Insurance is seeking an Accounting Technician to join the Office of Management & Finance/Fiscal Division. This division is responsible for supporting the agency's financial operations through the processing and management of accounts payable, financial reporting, and fiscal compliance activities. In this role, you will assist with invoice processing, payment reconciliations, financial recordkeeping, and other accounting functions that help ensure the efficient and accurate administration of agency funds. Three years of experience or training in accounting, auditing, bookkeeping, or financial operations or computations.
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will substitute for one year of the required experience.
