Ensure integrity and maintenance of all financial reporting activities.
Assist in improving internal controls and support external audits.
Adhere to internal and external control requirements daily.
Apply accounting principles consistently in daily work.
Delegate and review ad hoc financial analyses and insights.
Provide mentorship to accounting staff and foster team culture.
Act as a financial consultant to management on processes with financial impact.
Lead initiatives to identify efficiencies and drive process improvements.
