Job summary

Fabiano Brothers is seeking an Accounting Systems Specialist to support our Accounting and IT departments. The role combines technical system troubleshooting with traditional accounting duties in a family-owned beer wholesaler with 135+ years of service.

You will help with reconciliations, system processes, and imports, while supporting AP/AR, tax responsibilities, vehicle registrations, and cross-department projects. This position includes benefits and a on-call rotation."

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounting reconciliations and system processes.
• Support Accounting and IT with system questions and troubleshooting.
• Complete company-wide auto-posting and system imports.
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Handle various sales, use, and excise tax responsibilities.
• Assist with vehicle plates and registrations.
• Participate in research, system improvements, and special projects.
• Provide backup support for the IS Manager.
• Participate in an on-call rotation approximately 1-2 days per week.
