Job summary

Qualifications

A baccalaureate degree in computer science, engineering or related field and four years of IT service management experience.
Alternate: eight years of satisfactory full‑time IT service management experience in lieu of four years degree.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may qualify.

Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve software issues and defects reported by business users.
Analyze and document business requirements focused on accounting/processing in FMS3.
Analyze complex programming specs to prepare structure charts or invocation diagrams.
Collaborate with technical staff to research problems and assess effort to implement changes.
Test software to ensure it meets specifications and identify defects.
Support business users in processing business events and run simulations.
