• Process monthly rent payments and recurring vendor payments
• Prepare a daily virtual card report for leadership
• Maintain the Certify/credit card reconciliation spreadsheet
• Review vendor statements and help maintain accounts payable aging
• Support general accounts payable as needed
• Help with the annual audit
• Handle filing and general administrative support for the accounting team

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Assignment: Full-time temporary, November 2026 through mid-May 2027, with potential to move into a long-term position
