The role involves compiling and reconciling data for daily reports, billing for resident care, processing trust accounts and insurance invoices, handling resident mail, and coordinating funeral service arrangements.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate and provide customer service.
• One year of full-time work experience in processing financial or related data within established systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Compile, maintain and verify information across multiple systems for the Daily Morning Report.
• Reconcile resident days of care and submit invoices to the VA for reimbursement.
• Process resident trust account closures and long-term care insurance invoices.
• Process resident business mail.
• Contact funeral homes to arrange services and distribute information to internal and external teams.
• Communicate effectively, resolve problems and strive for excellence in customer service.
