As an Accounting Supervisor – Corporate T&E Card Program within PNC's Supply Chain organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

Main Responsibilities May Include

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations, administration, and compliance of the company’s corporate card program, including managing card applications, issuing new TNE cards, ensuring cardholder compliance, reconciling transactions, and supporting cardholders.
  • Fraud prevention, data analysis, and reporting related to the card program.

Job Description

  • Supervising the accurate completion of accounting activities, ensuring compliance with policies, and maintaining financial records.
  • Reviewing general ledger accounts, balance sheets, income statements, and journal entries for accuracy.
  • Recommending process enhancements for compliance and efficiency.
  • Implementing automation to reduce reconciliation efforts and improve processes.
  • Supervising staff and performing related supervisory functions.

Preferred Skills: Balance Sheets, Decision Making, Finance, Financial Reporting and Analysis, GAAP, Management Reporting, Tax Analysis

Competencies: Accounting, Effective Communications, Financial Analysis, Internal Controls, Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance

Work Experience: Typically requires a university degree and 3+ years relevant experience; managerial experience preferred. Equivalent education, certifications, or military experience may be considered.
