As an Accounting Supervisor – Corporate T&E Card Program within PNC's Supply Chain organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations, administration, and compliance of the company’s corporate card program, including managing card applications, issuing new T&E cards, ensuring cardholder compliance, reconciling transactions, and supporting cardholders.
  • Handle fraud prevention, data analysis, and reporting related to the card program.

Job Description
  • Supervise the accurate completion of daily accounting activities, ensuring complete, accurate, timely, and compliant financial record-keeping and reporting.
  • Review general ledger accounts, balance sheet and income statement schedules, and adjusting journal entries for accuracy.
  • Recommend improvements to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Implement process and automation enhancements to reduce reconciliation efforts and increase efficiency.
  • Supervise staff and perform related supervisory functions.
