As an Accounting Supervisor – Corporate T&E Card Program within PNC's Supply Chain organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations, administration, and compliance of the company’s corporate card program, including managing card applications, issuing new T&E cards, ensuring cardholder compliance, reconciling transactions, and supporting cardholders.
  2. Manage fraud prevention, data analysis, and reporting related to the card program.

Job Description
  • Supervise the accurate completion of accounting activities, ensuring complete, accurate, timely, and compliant financial record-keeping and reporting.
  • Review general ledger accounts, balance sheet and income statement schedules, and adjusting journal entries for accuracy.
  • Recommend enhancements to accounting processes for compliance and efficiency.
  • Implement process and automation improvements to reduce reconciliation efforts and enhance efficiency.
  • Direct staff work and perform supervisory functions.

Qualifications

Candidates should demonstrate relevant skills, experience, and education, including:

  • Preferred Skills: Balance Sheets, Decision Making, Finance, Financial Reporting and Analysis, GAAP, Management Reporting, Tax Analysis
  • Competencies: Accounting, Effective Communication, Financial Analysis, Internal Controls, Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance
  • Work Experience: Typically 3+ years relevant experience, with managerial experience in operational roles.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Certifications/Licenses: None required
